This will be my first deal and I intend to invest 1/3 of the capital.  The other 2 investors will be silent partners.

I'm struggling in trying to determine how to structure the deal

Do I charge my partners 10% ownership to join the deal?  I found the property, I will deal with financing from bank, legal issues, find super, etc.

Do I charge a management fee going forward?

What if I decide to hire a property management company? I still need to spend time in managing the manager and overseeing them.

Any help or advise on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
