| I would serve a pay or quit notice after their deadline has passed. However, some states do not allow you to evict for monies owed other than rent. You may have to give them written notice that you will apply future monies toward the oldest debts first. Then apply the money they give yout towards the deposit and mark rent owed.

Hello. I have never work out Deposit before.Untill now. I give them two mouths to pay the deposit.Thay have untill july 1 I need to knoww what kind of notice or how long i have to wait to serve them If thay don't pay by due date..
If i am right I think i can serve them on July 2.2008 with a 24 hours notice to cure or Quit..
I am in Oregon
