A possible option - Is there a double closet in one of the bedrooms?  If so, you could have a W/D hookup installed behind the bi-fold or sliding doors (or even lift them off altogether if need be).  Since it is a mobile home, it is fairly easy to get underneath to install any plumbing or electric needed.  Just be sure to insulate the pipes underneath if you are in a cold climate.

You could probably best answer your question by asking the following:  What will your competition be like?  How close is the unit to a laundry facility?  How would you feel about living in the unit without a washer and dryer and how much of a difference would it make (honestly) you?  Put yourself in the place of a potential renter...

Hello, I am buying a small mobile home, 2bd, 2bth, but no utiliy room for washer and dryer, is this a big deal with rentals or do I just drop my price? thanks for any replies
