| I don't think disability has anything to do with evicting for non-payment. Everyone has to pay their bills. It may, however, affect several other things. Like if they are on Section 8 now or in the future, or being able to collect from them after you receive a judgement (usually disability payments cannot be garnished).

| One of my properties is open again and I'm getting alot of calls from people that are on SSI or some type of disability. I've heard from others that if you have to evict them it's very difficult to get them out because of that. Anyone know what the law is in Indiana regarding this.
