In most states, you can't do anything. She has the right to have a certain amount of guest stays at her residence. She can choose who she wishes to stay, you don't get to choose for her. If he comes back and they fight, call police for the disturbance. (You can terminate for repeated incidents of disturbing the peaceful enjoyment of others.)
Now, if he is removed from the lease, and then moves back in unauthorized, you may be able to terminate or evict for an unauthorized occupant. But unauthorized occupants are hard to prove in court. It is difficult to prove that someone lives there, as opposed to just stays there.

I'm in Washington State. I have tenants that were on a year lease. 6 months left on the lease, they broke up, they both wanted him off the lease. I agreed to re-write it with just her. They constantly fought (yelled at each other, etc) I don't want him back. I had them sign something specifically saying he is off the lease and clear of responsibilities to pay rent, etc. On the new lease I expressed in writing that he isn't allowed back. What are my rights in regards to evicting her if she gets back together with him again? Can I do anything if he spends the night?
Any advice/help is appreciated.
Thanks
