The issue that will present itslef with most lenders is you already own 10 properties. However, i do have lenders that waive such requirements
Full Doc : Fico needed is 660 2 to 4 months cash reserves (PITI)
Stated : Fico needed 680+. 6 to 8 months cash reserves (PITI)
I can provide such loans

Deb&George,
You can finance 100% stated income if you score above 680 and have 12 months of reserves for PITI.
620 if your are full doc.
You may want to try AmerUSA.com - they have a new online model that you can apply and get a preliminary answer pretty quick and muliple offers. AmerUSA.com is probably more flexible, but you can also try Metro Mortgage which requires between a 680 and 720 mid score Ph 866.887.3112

| Looking for help on 100% financing on investment SFR . I own 10 properties now and this is pushing down my credit score, I am looking for 100% LTV. I will also be using stated income or no doc. I live in PA
