| I'm not sure..But you would think it would be detailed in your contract as to who pays what

| We recently just signed a lease to begin on Feb 1st in NH. After having many discussions with our new landlord, he never mentioned us having to pay the water bill. Is this legal? I know in MA you cant charge a tenant for water, only to heat the water. He just mentioned it in an email? Can he do this? I can't find our paper lease right now, so I dont know if its checked off or not? But none of the utilities are checked off on the email version I have saved?
