I want to know what can be done if a judgement is placed against you,and you are just an occupant ? The present tenant was being evicted,and her friend(unbeknowing to him)signed the lease saying he was staying there(being honest),and the housing complex couldn't find her,so they filed a judgement against him ? Is that right ? This has cost this young man so much,grief,and has interfered in his livelyhood. What can he do to get this straight ????
