I have a dream.
At the age of 41 I am still working in the IT industry and looking for a nice retirement strategy.
My ideal plan is to have a few chalets in the Alps (either in France or Switzerland) and a few in summer destinations within Europe (again either France or Spain).
How can I manage to get the funds for my retirement as a real estate investor and live from rental income?
Any ideas, plans, suggestions, proposals are very welcome!
