I would suggest joining your local REIA (real estate investors association) and making friends with the SUCCESSFUL investors in your area. Your new friends will be happy to help.
Good Luck,

I am a growing startup real estate investment corporation, I seek a mentor(s) (preferably in ID, WY or UT) that will teach me how to do creative RE contracts and short sales. My business plan is purchase/options and rehab flips in ID, WY and UT aqcuired through short sales and wholesaling. I want to build residual cash flow. If you can assist and I know some of you in business remember what it was like in the beginning to build a successful real estate team, please reply.
I have researched many mentorships and I do not want to go through a 'syndicated' mentorship that collects more money (upfront) than my startup corporation can afford. Had one experience too many. I will be generous to one(s) who push my corporation to the next level. I do understand the cost of doing business. The rich hire people who know more than themselves...
You must be ethical and honest to join my team.
