ONE handy tip if you want to buy Spanish property here in Costa Brava is to talk to the neighbors and inquire from them about the feasibility of a certain costa brava property for sale. Never immediately be convinced with the smooth talking of the real estate agents or the seller of the property because it is also their role to close the deal. On the other hand, it is your responsibility to see to it that you will find utmost satisfaction in the property that you have committed to buy. Besides, befriending a neighbor prior to your moving in is cool.
