I live in Tennessee.
My 24 yr old son (25 in Jun 2008) will move back home (from Calif) in Mar or Apr 2008 to return to college in the fall. His friend needs a place to stay for a few months. We've met the boy before and seems to be a good person. I plan to talk to my Insurance company tomorrow, but what do I need to worry about to protect myself? Does anything change if we accept a small monthly payment to help with food or utilities? What if he won't move out in a few months? Thank you.
