| Hehe, when I rented my first property I was 18, I had no idea that I had to pay my rent as soon as I moved in. I moved to LA with $600, I've come a long way since then!

 You mentioned a few concerns that you have....1. what you can afford & 2. finding your dream home. I am a lic real estate agent who would like to help you at no charge. 1st being aware of what you can afford is key. Example monthly payment, utilities, insurance, maintainance, along with food, car expenses, note, insurance, & upkeep. 2nd What are you looking for in a home? Example fenced back yard, pool, finished basement, large kitchen, large bathroom, etc. With the current market condition it is possible for you to get most if not all of what you are looking for at a great price.............Did this help you out?

Hi,
Recently I have bought a house and quite satisfied with this. My friend told me to take help from Real Cheap Real Estate . From their help I really got a good place and don’t have any complains. They specialize in selling discount homes and they also sell real estate notes. Hope it will help you too.

Hi all,
I live with my parents and I want to be separate, that’s the reason am desperate to buy my own place. I cannot afford much but if the necessity arises I can go for finance. Do you people have any good ideas that can help me to get my dream house? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
