To get you started in the right direction 1st you can contact a local real estate company to find out about class dates and time. You can find them on line, in your local news paper, or in the telephone book. When you call they will explain the cost and the required classes you will need to take....after you pass your state exam you will then recv' you lic. You will not get to see your lic though because it will be held by a broker (you will get to choose your broker / who you work for /for example Reece and Nichols, Remax, Centry 21, etc.) Note: your customer or clients will most likely come from referrals. You will also recv clients from incoming calls to the office inquiring about a property or from your hard work of advertising that you are a lic agent. I would definitely suggest that you develope a plan prior to taking the class on how you plan to establish a client base.
Note: There are additional classes that you can take to learn more about different aspects of real estate for example foreclosures, investing, etc.
It sounds like you are as passionate about real estate as I am....so good luck and if you have any more questions let me know.

Hi, I am a lic real estate agent and I would like to help you. My 1st question is what do you mean exactly when you say that you want to get into real estate? Example: Lic real estate agent, Real estate investor, etc.

| I have always been interested in Real Estate, but I haven't got the first clue as to what to do to get involved with it. Any suggestions?
