Hi my name is Matt Chandler and I saw an add that you placed about Hard Money Lending. I am the marketing director of a commercial down payment assistance company and we have a few clients that are in need of a hard money loan and we are trying to broker the loan out to a HML to get them closed fast. Our clients have ernest money sunk into the property that they will lose if they do not close by the end of the month. We are looking for a total of about 10 million between 2-4 different loans.
