Recent changes in credit bureau regulations have threatened the home-based landlord's ability to protect their rental property by preventing access to credit reports unless unreasonable compliance requirements are met such as a costly physical site inspection.
The nation's leading provider of tenant screening to home-based landlords (and parent company of US Landlord) has introduced its own proprietary report based upon actual credit data so small landlords (many of whom are unable to comply) may continue to protect their investments by relying upon the expertise of AmerUSA.net.
The same credit data for professional property managers is used for home-based landlords. However, AmerUSA.net must act as the landlord's screening agent, grade the applicant's credit worthiness and furnish the landlord with a tenancy report and credit decision. This report is exclusive to AmerUSA.net and is called the AmTRAX®. See sample.
Official credit reports are still available to those that wish to comply, you may learn more about tenant screening by visiting http://www.AmerUSA.net
