Go online and read through the Landlord Tenant Laws for the State/County/City where the rental property is located. What do they say about this specific situation?
Let us know what you find out...

| A 3 day notice to pay or vacate premises was given to the Leasee and Occupants from the landlord. I am listed as occupant on lease. However the leasee left me a note stating that I am not on the lease and must be out in 3 days. I dont have a copy of the lease, but I do have a statement signed by the leasee that I pay rent at this address and utilities are including. What rights do I have as being an occupant?
