| Sorry, but once you sign a legal contract you are obligated to it. There is no period where you may rescind your signature and the contract. If you want out now, you will have to negotiate a lease break with the LL.

| I signed a lease on Sunday. Can I change my mind? And, if so, how long do I have to change it?
