| Your landlord is well within her rights to use a black light to check for urine stains. There is no law that prohibits this.

| ok hears the thing we renewed our lease for 1 more year, well they wanted to do a walk through so finally we did one hadnt had tell to really clean the house with both of us working our hour did not look that bad and i told her on the phone she said shes not coming over for that, she said she wanted to make sure the plumming was working fine , she made me feel like I hadnt clean my house in a whole year ,well think about it how would the house look if I didnt clean it in a year, then she took a blacklight to find out if there was urine ,I heard that she was not suppose to do that,so today we got a 7 day notice to clean our house I was mad cuz she made me feel really low. even my son and his friend notice it , for one she lied to me and thats one thing that I dont take kindly to , I really need to know about that blacklight , there were previous owners before me and when we moved in here she needed to fix things and they still havent been fixed
