RE: Increase in Rent

[Salutation]

This letter is to advise you that your rent is being increased. As of
[Effective Date], your rental payment will be [New Rental Payment] per month. Please be advised that this increase does not effect the other terms and conditions of your lease, and your rent will still be due on or before the [Day of the Month] day of the month.

Sincerely,
